About Positivity and Relaxation Training

Developed at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, this science-backed group wellness education program teaches participants skills to manage stress & modify daily routines to increase resiliency, health and joy.

The program utilizes various meditation & mindfulness techniques, while focusing on adaptive thinking and positive psychology. Together, we tap into creativity and humor, while also bringing a mindful focus to the key pillars in our lives -- sleep, nutrition, exercise, social connection -- to achieve a deeper sense of well-being, connection and happiness.
